L'ACOMAR, est composée de sections en France et outre-mer.

L'ACOMAR n'est pas une association de plus regroupant des marins, elle est l'association des officiers mariniers et des marins de réserve, reconnue par la marine à travers des activités dites "définies" ou "agréées".
